Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items generally need to be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions. Please report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. We currently accept PayPal through our secure Shopify checkout. Any additional payment methods available for your order will be displayed at checkout before you pay.

Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel it or correct the delivery address. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch has begun.

The destinations we currently serve are shown at checkout. Available shipping methods and charges are displayed before payment. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Most United States orders arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can vary by product, destination, carrier, customs or events outside our control.

Shipping options and any charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. When free shipping is available for your order, it will be shown at checkout.

When tracking is available, we will email it after your order is dispatched. Please allow 2–5 business days for the carrier’s first scan to appear. If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
